The “Homoeopathic Reminiscenes” is a labour of love. Written by the renowned homoeopath Dr. Sarabhai Kapadia, the book reflects his deep faith in Homoeopathy as a system of Total Health Care. Sarabhai Kapadia Dr. Sarabhai Kapadia B.Sc., D.M.S.(Cal.) Practising Homoeopath. Dr. Sarabhai Kapadia was born in 20th October, 1928 at Surat. Dr. Sarabhai Kapadia’s wife Mrs. Ila. Sarabhai; Son- Dr. Pratesh (M.B.B.S., Homoeopath); Daughters - Dr. Mona (L.C.E.H., Homoeopath) Dr. Hima (L.C.E.H., Homoeopath). Dr. Sarabhai Kapadia, consulting physician as well as member of the Research and Development Committee. Homoeopathic Hospital and C.M.P. College of Homoeopathic Education Society, Irla Naka, Bombay, 1982; Appointed by Govt. of India for delivering lectures under the Travelling Lectureship Scheme in Homoeopathy for the year 1970-71; Nominated by Govt. of India on the Scientific Advisory Board for Homoeopathy - Central Council for Research in Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, June 1970; Sitting member of the Managing Committee of the All India Institute of Homoeopathy from 1957 to 1972; Worked as Hon. Secretary of the Homoeopathic Education Society, Bombay from 1964 to 1972; Served on the Homoeopathic Committee to suggest improvements in the Homoeopathic Act to the Government of Maharashtra, 1968; Served on the Homoeopathic Advisory Committee of the Drug Control Board of the Govt. of India, 1966; Served on the Govt. of India Rural Homoeopathic Aid Committee, 1961; Member - Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Gujarat, 1961. 10. Worked as a Lecturer in Bombay Homoeopathic Medical College from 1957 to 1963; Worked as President of the Bombay Branch of All India Institute of Homoeopathy for 3 years between 1960 & 1969; Joint Editor, Indian Journal of Homoeopathy, Bombay 1969 & 1973; Paper presented in International Homoeopathic Medical Congress, India, 1977 on: "Hyperpyrexia & Involvement of the CNS in Paediatric Practice - Some Experiences and Some Reflections"; Represented ‘Homoeopathy’ at Family Planning. Dr. Sarabhai Kapadia was died in 2nd July 1987 at Bombay (Cause of death: Chronic Renal Failure).
