This book - "Evaluation of the Remedy’s Thermal state" gives an idea for finding out the thermal state of the patient and finally to grade the patient as chilly, hot or Ambithermal depending upon the number of criteria’s covered by the patient, After grading the patient it shows the lenience of each drug towards chilly or hot or both sides with differing in gradation. This rubric can be used for Repertorisation or for the final differentiation of the drug after Repertorisation. But this rubric is lacking in many of the latest Repertories and hence I made an attempt to compile these rubrics from each repertory, that is, Additions to Gibson Miller's Hot and cold remedies, Complete Repertory, Synthesis Repertory and Murphy's Homoeopathic Medical Repertory Finally a comparative chart of all the rubrics are given so that each drug's prominence in each repertory as well as how much intense is the thermal state of the drug can be easily made out.
