Satyananda Chakravorty Dr. Satyananda Chakravorty, son of Late Nagendranath Chakravorty and mother Late Suhasini Chakravorty, is a resident of Vivek Bhawan, Ramakrishna Pally, Benachity, Durgapur 713213. He completed his primary education at Dehradoon. Then he post graduated in Economics and also did Diploma in Library science, both from Banaras Hindu University. He acquired a Diploma in Chinese Language from Varanasi Sanskrit Univer¬sity. He obtained his D.M.S. Medical qualification from the Council of Homoeopathic Medicine, W. B., Calcutta. He started his professional career in Durgapur. The author has honoured the chair of different posts as General Secretary of the unit & District of HMAI. He was formerly the Vice - President of the W.B. State branch of the HMAI. He was also a member of the National Executive Council and the Chairman, Science Committee of the Homoeopathic Medical Association of India, Bidhannagar Unit, Durgapur. He has authored innumerable articles in Bengali, English & Hindi and has served as a Teacher of the Dept. of Materia Medica, Purulia Homoeopathic Medical College for near about 10 years.
